hey everyone, just wanted to share a quick update about my recovery journey. so, i’ve been working with this amazing rehab specialist, dr. simmons, after my knee surgery last month. honestly, at first, it was super tough and kinda frustrating, but dr. simmons has been a game-changer. we’ve been doing a mix of exercises and stretches that have really helped with my mobility and strength. if any of you are going through something similar, don’t lose hope. it gets better, and having the right support makes all the difference. keep pushing through!
