Am I misunderstanding the 7702 spec or is this upgrade permanent? Wasnt the original 7702 proposal by vitalik supposed to only set the contract for one transaction?

yeah first draft was for one tx, and now it’s permanent but mutable 3074/7702 went through A LOT of iterations
