Ethereum Account Abstraction

last two weeks I've been focusing on adding AA-specific features.

here are some highlights:

1. Improved the calldata view

- It's now always possible to see the raw data
- Added ABI-based decoding when available

2. UserOp highlights

- Some actions (AMM swaps, lending deposits, NFT mints) are now highlighted in the UserOp view
- This view also highlights the validator used for this operations when available

3. UserOp traces

- Traces are filtered down to the specific operation
- Grouped by phase in the 4337 flow (creation, validation, execution)

4. Account page

- Personalized UI based on the account vendor and type
- Shows the list of installed modules/plugins when available

5. Proxy implementation address detection

- Improved the algo by including bytecode-based detection
- Detection now works faster and for a larger range of contracts

6. Fixed UserOp view not available for some of the operations

- A minority of operations were not accessible on the UserOp page. This is now fixed.
