Training log, wrestling: Over/Under training with setups and counters for when an opponent attacks the Overhook arm (throw bys or lat/drop whip over depending on the reaction). 4 matches with mixed results. Hand and head position fighting felt good, a lot of success today with collar tie defense (russian 2-1 and throw bys) until I went with a purple belt with college wrestling exp. Biggest takeaway is his movements made me feel jerky and controlled my movement to setup his takedowns. Need to work on front headlock defense and guard retention from inside campings, and address opponent grips with more priority.
