Update on OPERATION:  NO XANAX

I quit Xanax on December 28, 2023.

Last night, I went to sleep with only magnesium, and my 2 (other regular) prescriptions.

At some point, I was taking 12 pills to shut my brain off.  I was probably also killing it. 

This wasn't an easy battle, but it was worth it.

Quitting isn't about the first day you decide to quit.  It's about every other day you fight to stay "quit."

Congrats, that's huge! Glad you tapered off safely! Benzos are hardcore and withdrawals are no joke! I think some doctors are a little too loose at prescribing it, especially without educating the patient of how addictive it can be.
