🔄 Coinbase CEO: Cryptocurrency blurs the boundaries of traditional finance

✅ In his latest post on X, Brian Armstrong noted that as a bank, Coinbase holds about $420 billion in assets, ranking 21st among U.S. banks.

✅ As a brokerage firm, Coinbase would be the 8th largest brokerage company in the U.S. by assets under management. Additionally, the company has processed $30 trillion in payments.

In the traditional financial system, these functions are separate, but in the updated version, "you will have one primary financial account that will serve all these functions," Armstrong claims.
