We have channel rankings available for /lp which help rank users based on their activity and pretty much push the spammers down the list For new users: You could use this frame https://frame.openrank.com/api/channel/lp To let people ask for invites and then on https://cura.openrank.com sort them based on their channel rank

I will suggest the use of openrank stats to invite people to the channel. You just need to pick a range from openrank stats to invite to the channel. I think that would be better.
