Not sure if you guys are already aware or not, but ALL of the accounts that were once tipping Razdva, are now tipping Perl their ENTIRE allowance in an attempt to cash out that way.

I know the changes just started but at what point do we deem it gross misconduct and do more than dedegen?

@greatgambino has some meat to gnaw on: @razdva has realigned his network to dump allowances on Perl, presumably to thwart [ded...] and exit with bags intact. Now, @perl is aware and already taking action (their game, their discretion)...

By pivoting, did razdva discover acceptable practice or is this still misconduct?

It feels bad because its clear they only want to extract value from the system and they've gone to additional lengths to do so. and i personally associate that kind of behavior with scammers and the worst types of people. staking seems to be the only thing that determines allocations this season and i think that is part of the issue. there is no social ranking that can be used to deter this behavior. 

the rules are purely financial and these people are entitled to their degen allocation based on the amount they've staked.
