Technically *any* fully enclosed stadium with a capacity of 18000 or more in the city of Inglewood can do this on the night of an event, in a room no larger than 2500 sq ft. 

Sounds like an opportunity to build another stadium.

I think we need to make such a club and charge 2 cents in annual dues.

Enshrining in law the requirement that people pay their private club dues blows my mind.
