Seems possible, docs advise against it. https://github.com/pavlovdog/farcaster-solidity?tab=readme-ov-file#how-can-i-use-it-in-frames looks promising.

Yeah but I don't get why it says, "Outside OP mainnet", OpMainnet *is* onchain, so it seems like that should work.
