Learning about @sreeramkannan's Eigenlayer AVS. 

An idea I has was to create an AVS that was a decentralized IPFS Pinning service. 

Users submit IPFS hashes to a contract with a payment. All AVS nodes are expected to now host the IPFS Content within a specified amount of time.

We then prove that nodes are hosting content by each epoch selecting a group of random nodes to produce, and sign, challenges, for some data. 

Then some other random group of nodes are required to produce this data. 

Anyone who fails to produce the data gets slashed. More or less.
