Statelessness + EIP4444 will provoke the emergence of an "actually-smart" watch. Today's "smart" watches aren't very smart at all, acting mainly as peripherals to smart phones. With Google and Apple launching 4G/LTE watches, we can imagine such devices becoming standalone.
