Improve by 1% every day, and thanks to compound interest, you'll be 37 times better in a year! You don't need to accomplish feats every day - small steps are enough: read one article, learn one command in your IDE or improve one function. Continuous progress will lead to significant results. It is important not to take this approach literally. The key is to start small: figure out how a new feature works in your development environment, learn one new tool, or improve a part of your workflow. These small steps will make it easier to learn new things in the future and make continuous learning easier and more efficient. You can learn more about this approach in James Clear's book Atomic Habits.
