I don't think public awareness of Terra/LUNA/UST was as high, but certainly broad and large damage.

FTX/SBF was 100% the worst, but I left that option off bc the ones I listed all have at least some redeeming qualities IMO

Terra/luna/FTX will remain undefeated for a while me thinks and hopefully stays that way wasn’t around for ICOs tho

That's a great point, especially in regards to the direct participants. Expectations are so key here.

I was thinking more in terms of perception from people who didn't directly participate, but heard about these things through the media, friends, etc.

I think ICOs...

ICO's that don't deliver on their promise will leave a far more bitter taste in the mouth for investors because they believed in the future that ICO represented and that future was never realised.

The large majority of NFT/Memecoin buyers know they're buying a jpeg or a meme that may go up or down

100%! I only left him off bc I think there are actually some positives seeds in each of the options I listed, while he's just a straight negative.

It’s B I think. “Monkey jpeg” meme is seared in public consciousness whereas most people don’t know what ICOs are and might actually be kinda down for memecoins/think they’re funny

D - SBF, mainly because he got the most mainstream attention and it’s a story people can understand. I’d put all the phishing attacks & contract exploits in 2nd place.
