@nikolaiii allowances are fluctuating again. It went from 318 to 325 to 326. 
I don't know if the updated query changed something but this is happening again like at the beginning of the season. 
I think fluctuation never really stopped? Just the frame that was with a fixed allowance, or not?

Yes, the allowance will fluctuate until there is a valid snapshot.

Right now there is no snapshot for June 6th, so your allowance in the frame will be taken from live query, which updates during the day.

Here is the priority of the info for the frame:

1) Snapshot Query - 3765546
2) Live Query - 3745431
3) Degen API
