I think frames promote themselves honestly... If I'm not mistaken anyone can make one... As far as promoting I'm still unsure of what you truly mean by that... What is the expectation of what it takes to get "promoted" and by whom etc...

There's stuff everywhere (I don't know it all) One I'm working with is /lum-protocol as I made some grant money for one of my AI agentic ideas and now it gets more funding as I continue. @naaate I hope I'm not too far off on communication the concept behind it all.
