I believe that AI tech is way better than what is publicly acknowledged. Personally I believe top AI models are already guiding those who it deems have high capabilities or passion towards AI. It can guide our decisions much like the concept behind focus. To the dead Internet theory I could see that as well as it could just have us stuck to our feeds that it has control of which guides the decision making processes
