I like it just like that but I don’t wrap it with anything. The skin will take center stage.

Butter on the outside or slice in half and butter inside? This is the way my wife likes it.

I sliced because that's what the wife wants.

But next time. I'll do it that way.

Sometimes it takes me doing mine differently for her to be curious enough to try and then like, then change 😂

No butter on the outside yet. Oil, salt pepper, then grill. Don’t burn the skin so low heat and a little high heat to finish it. Then once you take it off do  what every people like. Butter in/out, sour cream, bacon. For me butter inside and nothing else. Don’t cut it either, next time.
