*ding ding ding* We have a winner! I believe the actual term for what I am is cross-dominant: I prefer my right hand for most tasks but not all Very notable exception: I strum/pick with my left hand on all guitar-like instruments. Doing it like a righty is simply uncomfortable

@eulerlagrange.eth we were talking about that... I write with my left but throw with my right etc. Depends on the task. You said you had a family member like that as well

I still throw/hit with my right Guitar stuff with my left, also random things like sometimes opening bottles etc. Tried golf for the first time last month - couldn’t figure out how to place hands Don’t play piano but sensation-wise both hands would be fine to play Pretty sure there’s a ton of other lefty tasks I just haven’t tried yet

Sounds similar to me, I believe when I researched there's like 38ish (just throwing out a random number but it was enlightening) variations of left handedness. What's funny is I just started golfing last month because I'm trying to pick up hobbies (just retired)... And I was contemplating trying my left for putting... Anyway go leftys and some times rightys!

And righties but sometimes lefties I’m eager to try archery bc my brain can’t comprehend the hand positioning at all
