Ok... So I have a pretty decent amount of subscribers to my YouTube...5k (I had one viral video) WTF do I do? If someone that actually knows what they are doing wants to help me out I'd love it! I’m probably not your guy for real, but my past gig was with a school district in WNY as a network engineer. We created a YouTube channel to livestream sports during the pandemic because no spectators were allowed in venues. The first attempt was removed from YouTube because it didn’t like we were weren’t a branded account. The athletic director went rouge and just created a generic Google email account before I got involved. Very generic, non produced content, but we would see growth when posted consistently. I created tags for the account and tried to create playlists from local media of news stories. We managed to get over 2k subs in a small town. We ended up switching platforms (HUDL TV) and this was abandoned. Attempt #2: https://youtube.com/@bataviabluedevilathletics?feature=shared
