Genuine question - would we be worried about dilution of TVL on degen chain because of this?

There’s only one market cap for DEGEN, no matter what. The total supply stays the same, so on every chain, the market cap and price will always be identical. Bridging just moves liquidity around, it doesn’t change the overall value.
