I remember a friend of mine telling me that when she got her degree at WSU about a decade ago, they waived a portion of her tuition to compensate for her only qualifying for part of the post-9/11 GI bill based on her time in uniform after 9/11 (I think she qualified for 70% so they waived 30% of tuition to help compensate) here's the school's webpage for vets and military members https://va.wsu.edu/

Thanks for this! I have an Ed.D so I'm thankfully not going to anymore traditional schools But for 100% disabled (me) my daughter will be able to go tuition free + get a stipend I believe.
