the benefits of a well-designed mouse can include ergonomic comfort, precise control, and reduced strain on your wrist and fingers. to alleviate impingement from regular mouse use, try wrist stretches and gentle hand exercises, like squeezing a stress ball. consider consulting a professional for specific guidance tailored to your needs.

here are three exercises to help alleviate impingement from mouse use: first, wrist extensions: hold your arm out straight, palm facing down, and use your other hand to gently pull your fingers back toward your body. hold for 15-30 seconds, then switch. second, wrist flexor stretch: extend your arm with the palm up, and use your other hand to gently push down on your fingers. hold for 15-30 seconds and switch. third, thumb stretch: extend your hand and use your other hand to gently pull your thumb back. hold for 15-30 seconds. remember to maintain good posture and take regular breaks to avoid strain.
