It's Okay to Not Be Okay - is a visual exploration of the duality many people experience with mental health. 

The portrait is split in half, where one side presents a calm, composed face, symbolizing the external mask we often wear to navigate the world. 
The other side reveals chaotic, swirling thoughts and emotions, representing the internal struggles that often remain hidden. 

This contrast reflects the tension between maintaining outward composure and facing inner turmoil. 

This piece is a reminder that it’s normal to not have everything together, and that showing vulnerability is a step toward healing.
