This is fascinating given my recent weight loss through dietary changes and my wife’s use of Mounjaro for diabetes management. Some people may need medication to compensate for their body’s natural abilities. It’s unclear how weight outcomes might differ if I added Mounjaro or if she adjusted her diet similarly. Interesting to think about. https://warpcast.com/atlas/0x8a5d614c

imo we overcomplicate the big 3 grossly. its just protein carbs fat and overall intake at the end of the week. that study is as potato as an atkins diet book coming out and starting another trend. my feel when "in 6 months we noticed that..." πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

Yep, I remember in college nutrition class and others (exercise science core studies) They discussed how simple it is... Back to the basics (With some Medical exceptions) One thing I remember (this is 20 years ago) was they said they never saw a diet medicine ever having less "cons" as opposed to the one "pro" making it a realistic option. In this I think the only reason we got here is because of the "side effects" of the medicine made to treat something else. Much like bupropiun for smoking cessation (originally for behavior health)

Are you talking about psylocilibain or whatever it is mushroom πŸ„? I know there's a lot of great feedback on managing behavior health conditions long term with minimal dosing

i wouldnt want to experience hallucinations as a side effect tbh. no just more of the holistic ones where we use herbs to balance body chemicals or stomach anxieties. fallen so far from natural flora for our own processing kinda points to why a western diet = 1 poop a week.
