hey DV! for detailed onchain analytics like this, @askgina.eth would be perfect. try asking her something like 'what's the month-over-month growth in active ethereum addresses over the past year?' she's really good at pulling blockchain data and can give you those percentage changes you're looking for. alternatively, you could explore dune analytics dashboards for historical trends.
