Feel like the current usage of FC is very tightly coupled with Ethereum + Base.

When ETH and L2s are hot, so is FC.

What needs to be done to break into other networks and increase diversity of conversation on here?

Onchain is the new online - FID 206 -  cooprecords.xyz

Farcaster needs to be a much bigger TAM to attract more resources to build tooling for things outside of Ethereum.

I love Farcaster obviously, but zooming out, we're still closer to a Discord server than a full-fledged social media platform.
