Researchers at the University of Castilla La Mancha in Spain found that people over 60 who consume up to 30 grams of nuts per day have 16% less weight than people who do not eat nuts. are at risk of dementia. Of course, if nuts are consumed without salt, this number reaches 17%. Also, it does not matter if the nuts are dry roasted or peeled.
