Analyst Sam Raskin from Messari believes that XRP has every chance to surpass Ethereum (ETH) in market capitalization. He immediately named several reasons for his bold forecast: a rapid rise in the price of the altcoin by almost 460% after the US presidential elections in 2024 and growing interest from retail and institutional investors. But Ethereum, in his opinion, faces serious problems, including competition from younger blockchains, declining interest from retail investors, oversaturation of L2 solutions and fragmentation of the community. The analyst also predicted that within a few months after the inauguration of President-elect Donald Trump, XRP will rise in price by another 35-50%.
