@degentip Two questions:
- is it just "Recasts" or does it also count "quote casts"?
- if there are fewer than 1000 recasts and I make it rain, what happens?

ie, if there are 100 recasts and I rain 100000, does each get 1000?

I'm about to make it rain and don't want to wait for 1k recasts
