Fun fact: 

It was Polish working class that brought Polish communism to an end (& later in USSR).

Ironically, the very factory workers who were often portrayed as communism's greatest beneficiaries were the ones who protested against it so strongly that they ultimately dismantled the system.

So in other words the system wasn’t built for them or rather it was bound to fail due to negligence of power and economic mismanagement

In practice, they did not benefit from communism. And that's because the state was so ineffective and wasted so much money that everyone was poor, including the working class
