The answer is W3PGP 🎉 W3PGP uses Ethereum to build a global, decentralized, tamper proof and censorship resistant platform to publish/retrieve OpenPGP public key certificates. It also provides functionalities to publish revocation certificates and generate global notifications to all PGP servers and users.
