Definitely, a good team that put the community interest first is necessary for developing a long lasting blockchain also make sure it's solving a problem in the web3 ecosystem

Tricky question.. The level of greed makes all the difference late 2018 I joined @cent where there were incentives through bounties from community members ranging across the boardβ¦ I remember getting $20 eth (probably worth at lest $100βs now) for cleaning up trash at a local creek! I was greedy for the eth, but also happy to pick up the litter making a positive impact on my community!!π But the levels of greed go far beyond that, especially with sociopaths that seem to unfortunately run rampant in corporate and influencers βin cryptoβ (& in general seem to have exploded in numbers since the advent of social media)π€·ββοΈ
