why do the deposit method don´t check for a valid lock period?

Ok :) Is it also possible to have spender and beneficiary in the log events? (In the subjectPurchased event is also both available)

And one general question, how does the sellfor or depositfor someone else works? This means the real owner need to approve this for someone else?! What is a use case for this and how can I approve this?!

Yes, It will have it.  Working on restructuring & optimization on batch execution.

More accurate functional implementation is on deployed on testnet.  It has those checks in `_createLock`
