Surprise! Holders of Found Pixel Nouns on /base are sharing in a real-time stream of $DEGEN. When you mint a Found Pixel Noun, you get added to a "pool" powered by @superfluid. If you sell or transfer, the stream share goes to the new owner. A total of 420 DEGEN per day is being streamed to holders in realtime, for a least 90 days, for a total of over 300 USD worth. It's possible this "flow rate" could increase, in future (stay tuned).

You are receiving DEGENx, a streamable version of DEGEN, redeemable 1:1 for DEGEN. This is the same DEGENx you receive on @alfafrens! You can go to <https://app.superfluid.finance/token/base/0x1eff3dd78f4a14abfa9fa66579bd3ce9e1b30529> and then "Stream Distributions" tab. There is a link to "connect", a txn will be required to connect/claim. After that, you can go to the Wrap/Unwrap menu items to "unwrap" your DEGENx to DEGEN. Note: I have plans to make a frame to enable you to do both of these steps. Stay tuned.

I am using in my reward system also streams and I start/stop those streams for a single user, like when 10 is reached the first is overwritten. I am just thinking if it is smarter to have one stream to a pool & the rest I do via the pool units?! Stopping = setting pool unit 0, I also support different stream amounts this could be a bit more difficult. Also the pool stream is constant and if I donβt have yet 10 streams someone will get more or I need to have a kind of fallback wallet connected to the pool which I own and it gets the difference (like total in stream is 10x 1k/mo amount, if only 4 x 500/mo I need to distribute 6x 1k+ 4x500/mo to my fallback wallet, or I adjust this one stream to the max needed π€β¦. Maybe I overthink my distribution possibilities and keep it more simple and aligned to the functionality of this distribution pool π

I think a distribution pool would work well for this. For Moxie /maxis, I created a pool only for the top 10 referring users. So I had to periodically update the units as users entered or fell out of the top 10. Furthermore, each of these users received shares relative to their "score". You can do the same (ie. some users get 1 unit, others get 2, etc.) Your fallback wallet idea can work to prevent users getting "extra", and it can even be the same wallet that is distributing to the pool in the first place, keeping things a littler simpler (you stream 1000 but 500 comes back, so net 500)
