I wanted to opt-in for that too. The lady in the phone said there is one. There is no option to do so for this service though.

Yeah, if you already entered the process of the Post-ID you cannot switch to Video-ID. You may have to cancel the Post-Ident in order to be able to go for Video-ID.

They told me to go again to the post office and tell the employee to not write GRC as place of birth. And I am pulling my hair out as they see the passport scan already anyway
