Pinned Casts: DCs need ‘em , GCs need ‘em. Surely just one is okay for now right? Let’s meet in the middle of zero and 2 and have 1: DC pinned cast shows up at least when a person dm’s you for the first time. I would sincerely appreciate that ability. it could be static even. 
GC’s get big, Rules need posted?
