Mmmm interesting. Locks always seemed weird to me. 

What tools for creating LPs tho? Aero, Rebase, Uni, others?

In terms of locks I think liquidity lock has been shown to be not necessary at this point as long as you are launching through a reputable launchpad. I'm honestly more skeptical of liquidity locked tokens now.
