i don't think there's a great solution for that or for local first data in web3, but there are certainly enough people in the space and advancements being made that new data standards will be set over the next few years

we alread have service worker, access to file system, be able run a real sqlite db and wasm. Throw in a decentralized storage network and we should be able to build apps that rival web2 apps. But it will be a long journey because both of the tech pmf and prod pmf take time
