manifesting

a month of magical thinking
day 5

i felt happy and buzzing for most of the day. i’m already losing interest in the daily rituals but i will do them anyway and find a way to make them more exciting. i’m noticing how little interest i have in “improving” my life when my mood is so high. i will continue for science though

this mental state also feels very abstract/right-brained. i have no idea what day of the week it is without looking, and nothing exists outside of the moment. the deeper i go into it, the more i feel freaked out about forgetting important things. my short term memory seems to get wiped out, like artist brain. i know i need to just lean into it and start setting alerts for anything important though. i’m just too used to being hypervigilant 

on our evening walk we also ran into friends we haven’t seen in years!
