if apps pay for storage, do they get yield from sharing the data to the protocol?

i don't think that would make sense. 1. if the reward is directly proportional to data created, why have a reward? just lower the cost of storage 2. if the reward is proportional to the value of data created, it will be gamed or cause a lot of frustration as people disagree on what "valuable" is

also how does it matters for now?what's the north star for this? more apps or more users? users are using warpcast mostly anyway so it ended up with warpcast paying the most?
