2 years ago today (almost to the minute) I was winning a triathlon national championship….

Today, I’m about to lay on a cold and noisy table for two hours for a cardiac MRI. 

Life comes at you fast. Take time to appreciate your victories. And definitely take care of your bodies.

Will see man. Had suspected myocarditis. Will take a while for them to read the results.

Quite confident it was, basically now making sure there is no remaining inflammation or scarring that happened
