Good treadmills and dumbbells up to 50. Pretty much everything else lacking. No place to do pull-ups, no traditional cable tower.

Yeah, good for dialing in specific speeds in interval or progression workouts. Also, if you’re just doing a long run or easy run, you can zone out on some Netflix.

oh, that makes sense. i just thought you’d need to hit the track or an elite gym for conditioning at your level... haha, the sun is so bright here, so if i don’t catch the right time, there’s no way i’m running outside 😎
