Pretty standard Marriott branded full service hotel gym. 

-2 cable racks/pull up bars
-Standard set of dumbbells up to 50 lbs
-2 adjustable benches
-6 Life Fitness treadmills…the good kind
-3 bikes
-3 ellipticals 
-2 yoga/pilates/stretching pods
-shoulder press and chest press machines
-2 leg extension machines

Clean and quiet, nice view of the pool

About 60% of my flight segments have been. Mostly free upgrades, and one paid because I was hungover, wanted comfort and comfort food 🤣
