2 years ago today (almost to the minute) I was winning a triathlon national championship….

Today, I’m about to lay on a cold and noisy table for two hours for a cardiac MRI. 

Life comes at you fast. Take time to appreciate your victories. And definitely take care of your bodies.

You’re a vet?

I have 2 or 3 open mris over the years. I’ve had one at the VA recently, closed, had to wear hearing protection, the tube was snug on me lol minor panic attack. 

Not fun. Keep us updated on the results.
