Indianapolis Marriott Downtown. 7/10 It’s got mostly everything you need but nothing “extra.” Would probably be a 6.75 if not for the cool windows in front of and above the treadmills. Good treadmills Dumbbells up to 50 Cable station Kettle bells 2 pelotons Some machines Good enough for a post game workout, but in the future I’ll be staying at the Weston or JW Marriott just for their excellent gyms.

Not always. I get free upgrades often, sometimes I pay for the upgrade, and sometimes I’m just fine with economy plus or premium economy

I’ve been very spoiled by my job. First class everywhere and super swag hotels. But it’s for tradeshows only and like 3-4 times a year now.

Yeah, companies aren’t so hot on it when you’re flying every week 🤣 I’m flying enough to know the configurations on all of United’s planes. There are a few setups where the front economy plus seats have more legroom than first class and if I get that seat, I won’t pay for an upgrade. But again, I get free upgrades about half of the time

United first class sucks unless you’re on a flight between 2 first class cities and get on of their newer planes. If you’re on a 737, the first class isn’t even that much better. Just less crowded.

The first class on the ERJs is bad. Some of the updated 737s are actually really good now. The airbus A320 is very good, and the A321 Neo is a dream. Now for international business class, United blows away all of the the other domestic carriers. Not only the actual plane, but the Polaris lounges are worth showing up at the airport 3 hours early for.

I have been on an a320 once and the first class was impressive af. Only ever happens from like Orlando to NYC or Vegas usually.
