Triathlon World Championships, Pro Men, bike to run transition. These guys are finishing the 40k bike and about to begin the 10k run. Some of them will run it in under 30 minutes…that’s more than 6 miles at sub 5 minute mile pace after swimming and biking.

I am not trying to give an image of a fairytale, perfect, everything else,I am just being myself.

It depends what country you are from. Each national federation has different requirements. To qualify for Team USA, you need to first qualify for the national championships. After that, you need to compete and place high enough at national championships

Ok bro. But I want to know one thing If any participate in the Triathlon world championship. What's the process and requirements. I am an athlete that's why I ask you. In my university programs I am always first in the run and cycling. Besides I like swimming and football which is also my favourite
