New feature for Warpcast notifications

- Replies from people you don't follow will be grouped into single aggregated notification, similar how we do follows

- People you follow will appear as a normal reply in your notifications feed; Warpcast plans to add more good users (based on engagement) here

Why did we make this change?

- Feedback from people who cast a lot and get a lot of replies found that it was hard to find the important replies from people they follow.

- But we also want to make sure it's easy enough for people to discover other accounts, so we didn't want to hide completely
