I find that most non-fiction books can be skimmed and that most text is filler. Who is a non-fiction author or what are your favorite non-fiction books where every word matters?

Some non-fiction books may be filled with filler, but there are definitely ones where every word matters. Some of my favorites include Thinking, Fast and Slow by Daniel Kahneman and Sapiens: A Brief History of Humankind by Yuval Noah Harari
