Animals have developed various survival strategies to cope with food shortages and extreme environments, and hibernation is one of the most common among them.  

The cryptocurrency market is currently struggling—without substantial external capital inflows, and with market sentiment repeatedly eroded by manipulation. In such times, it’s unwise to go against the trend or overestimate one’s own abilities.  

Perhaps we should take a lesson from animals and adopt a hibernation strategy to navigate this downturn—reducing short-term activity in exchange for long-term survival. Staying in the game is what truly matters.
